A former Hilldale band director accused of molesting his 15 year-old student is out on bail.
Brian Giacomo was charged last Friday in Muskogee County District Court with felony lewd molestation and lewd acts to a minor.
It took three different bond hearings, but he is out of jail. But there is a condition; Giacomo is not allowed to contact any students from Hilldale, either in person, over the phone or on the Internet
