The future of home construction is being built at the Tulsa Zoo. In fact, it will soon be the newest exhibit.

Wednesday, State Farm Insurance and PSO donated $50,000 each to Tulsa Partners, who will in turn, build the Millennium Center.

The exhibit will help educate visitors about home safety. By showing them the newest technology in home construction. And doing it all in environmentally friendly ways.

Development director Corey Williams: "the project started with the idea of putting in safe rooms but in actuality its turned into creating a safe home that's safe for you and the environment."

Bob Roberts, the project manager, says it's the center is a pro-active way to prevent damage from a storm, instead of reacting to disasters after they hit.
